Hue Slide privacy policy
Effective 20 October 2026
In short: Hue Slide has no accounts and we don't collect your name, email or contacts. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows ads (Google AdMob), sells two optional one-time purchases (through Apple or Google, managed with RevenueCat) and measures how the game is played (Google Analytics for Firebase). In the EU, UK and Switzerland you choose what these services may do when you first open the game, and you can change it any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
Who we are
Hue Slide is made by Tolydus MB (“we”), based in Lithuania. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: tolydusmb@proton.me.
What stays on your device
Your levels, diamonds, settings and the record of what you've bought are saved only on your device. We can't see them. Deleting the app deletes them. Purchases can be restored with Settings → Restore purchases.

Legal bases
- Consent: personalised ads, analytics, and on iOS, access to the advertising ID (Apple's “Allow tracking” prompt).
- Contract: processing and restoring the purchases you make.
- Legitimate interests: showing non-personalised or limited ads to fund a free game, keeping it secure and preventing fraud.
Your choices
- Consent: in the EU, UK and Switzerland, change or withdraw it any time in Settings → Privacy choices inside the game.
- Tracking on iPhone: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Advertising ID on Android: Android Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete it.
- No ads between levels: buy “No ads”. Ads you choose to watch for rewards stay available.
How long data is kept
On your device, until you delete the app. Google Analytics keeps event data for the period we set, no longer than 14 months. AdMob and RevenueCat keep data according to their policies above.
Transfers outside the EU
Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
Hue Slide is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete what we can.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold no account or contact data, we usually can't link data to you: email us and we'll help with what we and our providers can find. You can also complain to Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) or the data protection authority where you live.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
